THERE IS A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN " UDUBULEKILE AND UDUTSHULWE" .... "..Udubulekile.." suggests it was unintentional and "... udutshulwe..." suggests it was intentional...... I agree with you guys ...if Kelly had pulled the trigger why would she call Chicco first ?? but then again , Kelly had a close working relationship with him so it is not far-fetched ..... The theory makes perfect sense. After Longwe shot the floor, Senzo then rushed to him to disarm him. Longwe being scared, he was pushed outside by Senzo. Senzo goes back to the house and closes the door behind him. A shot went off and Longwe rushed back to see what was happening. I think thats where the crux is, Longwe was only told how the second shot went off, he never saw it.
At 1st, Longwe ucababe no Zandi outside one shot went off & went in the house. Kelly took the gun wadlala ngayo then Longwe scuffled with kk and Senzo went up that's when a shot went off in close range & directly to Senzo mistakenly
Until they bring KK, MaKhumalo, MaPhiri and Longwe on stand, this puzzle will NEVER be solved. The accused will definitely GO DOWN
Accused can never go down as it was proven by SAPS as state witness that accused no 3 gun was not involved in killing of Senzo
It was also proven by Vodacom as state witness that accused no 3's phone was not anywhere near Vosloorus when Senzo got shot,the same phone accused 3 took selfie with
It was proven in court that state version contradicts itself when the statement of lead investigator Gininda that was written under oath said the gun that killed Senzo was a revolver and the same lead investigator Gininda as the state witness under oath in court disputes his statement that the gun was a pistol
It was also proven in court by the state witness Gouws that accused 5 called Kelly and Vodacom state witness disputed that accused 5 never called Kelly instead it was Mafokate who called
It was again proven in court by state witness Gouws that he doesn't even know how accused 5 contacted Kelly,he was confused to an extent of saying they contacted each other via whatsapp call when it was not in existence
It was also proven in court that eye witnesses contradicted ballistic expert and the lead investigator by saying the gun that killed Senzo is a revolver or a gun with a wheel
State is confused and they failed to prove their case beyond reasonable doubt when the onus is with them to prove that indeed this accused killed Senzo therefore state has no case against this accused
Longwe and Kelly should be the only witnesses in this trial. This case was supposed to take only one week max.

Maybe after the first shoot the once that ran away did. then Senzo came in the house after dealing with Longwe, so the only person who sow Kelly shooting Senzo is Ma-Khumalo. What if Ncatshe (Makhwelwane) sow Longwe and Senzo fighting after the first shote? Remember that Mthoko heard the second shot when he was outside, Mapopola after the first shote she ran and heard the second shote when she was in the toilet.

My theory is that Longwe was trying to get the revolver from Senzo after he fired the first shot. The person who allegedly pulled the trigger unintentionally was Longwe

Longwe is a suspect:
1. His girlfriend stayed in a house whilst he was leaving and in that house there were couple in the mind of Longwe, Senzo and Kelly, Mthoko and Zandile. I am not saying that they slept together, I do not know.
2. Longwe arrives at MaKhumalo’s house and Tumelo paints a picture: “… akasibingelelanga…”, “…I asked Senzo who this man was, and he told me that he is Longwe a boyfriend of Zandile…” “…ingelosi youkufa…”. My opinion is that it could have been her who shot Senzo; and it was interpreted to as by mistake. With Longwe, it could have been that a guy who was introduced as Zandi's boyfriend shot Senzo.

GM family, according to my opinion i might agree that Kelly is the one who mistakenly shot Senzo, reason being when she cried she said ngzawthini kumakaSenzo coz it was really difficult to tell the poor woman that she did it worse of all she wasnt accepted by that family. This version does not sound right to me. A fight with a gun involved ensued, Senzo then disarm Longwe after he shot a warning shot. This would be a very tense situation for Kelly to think of playing with the gun. That does not sound right. So quick Kelly recovered from a shock of Longwe threatening to shot and decided to play a fight game immediately.
Why would Mthoko runaway and jump walls if the shooting was just a mistake by Kelly?
