First of all, police need to get warrants to search a cell phone for a case like this they don’t get warrants to confiscate cell phones as you can confiscate as part of an arrest . The search warrant needs to be specific to individual and not a blanket one like you imply. Second , looking up a rub site is not going to be enough to prove anything . There needs to be evidence that you actually paid or were going to pay someone for services. Lastly , why would law enforcement waste resources on getting warrants for a misdemeanor ? Keep making stuff up dude .
